FAQ

• I've heard of magnetic lashes before. How is Tori Belle different?
Other magnetic lashes in the market consist of two magnetic lashes which clamp together over your natural lashes. That's 3 rows of lashes for each eye! With Tori Belle, the eyeliner itself is magnetic, and a single upper lash attaches to the liner magnetically and sets quickly to keep them on all day! Unlike other lashes on the market, Tori Belle is quick, easy and comfortable.

• Is LashLiner related to Tori Belle Cosmetics?
Yes! In June 2019 we launched our sister company Tori Belle Cosmetics. Tori Belle offers the same patent-pending magnetic eyeliner and lashes as LashLiner as well as a broader line of cosmetics. Tori Belle is sold by independent affiliates who earn a significant commission for any referred purchases. Some are bloggers looking to earn extra money to help their families and some are the primary breadwinners in their families, earning more by building and mentoring teams of affiliates. Roughly half of Tori Belle's revenue is paid out directly to our affiliates. If you purchase from a Tori Belle affiliate, you can be assured the products are the same innovations you'd get from LashLiner, but with the benefit of helping others become hopeful, independent and prosperous.

How do you apply the magnetic eyeliner?
Just like any other liquid eyeliner! If you have an eyeliner that you prefer you can apply that first and then apply Magnetude eyeliner. Be sure to apply at least 2 layers, letting each layer dry (approx.2 minutes) completely to ensure a secure fit!'

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes! Currently we also ship to Canada. International shipping does not include VAT, taxes, customs fees or free shipping. Customs fees and taxes required by Canada are added upon arrival. Unfortunately, we can not offer any refunds or exchanges on international orders and can not replace items that are reported as lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

How long do the lashes last?
Tori Belle lashes last for approximately 20-30 wears depending on care.

Do I need to wear mascara?
You don't need to wear mascara to wear the Tori Belle Lashes or keep them on. However, we suggest that you put a layer of mascara on your natural lashes prior to putting on your Tori Belle Lashes. Although it is not needed it does look nice because it blends the color of your natural lashes to the color of the Tori Belle Lashes. We do not recommend that you put mascara on the Tori Belle Lashes.

Is this safe in an MRI?
No! You should NEVER wear any magnets, metal or any cosmetics at all in an MRI machine. Wearing magnetic eyeliner or magnets could results in burns to the skin or other injury.

How do I remove the Tori Belle Eyeliner?
Tori Belle Eyeliner is water proof and smudge proof but comes off with our specially formulated two phase makeup remover, THE ERASER. You can also use other two phase makeup removers. First wash your face with warm water then wipe with eye makeup remover and Tori Belle Eyeliner will come off.

Are the Tori Belle Lashes washable?
You do not need to wash your Tori Belle Lashes because they will not have glue or mascara on them. If you get liner on the magnets they will need to be cleaned by scrapping the liner from the magnets. Most people just use their fingernail. Be careful to clean only the magnets. Wetting or washing any strip lashes can be damaging to them.

Can I use your product if I have alopecia or hair loss due to medical conditions or treatments like chemotherapy?
We are very excited that The Tori Belle System may be perfect for people with hair loss! We believe that our product is well suited for lash loss patients. It will not smudge, run or flake and will not irritate eyes. It does not depend on the natural lashes to hold on the magnetic lashes or to keep traditional glue from getting in the eyes!

Will The Tori Belle Eyeliner damage my natural lashes?
No, the Tori Belle Eyeliner has no contact with your natural lashes so it will not damage them in any way. Do not put Tori Belle Eyeliner on your natural lashes. It is not a mascara.

What if my Tori Belle Magnetic Eyeliner comes off on the magnet?
This can happen for two reasons. The first is that the liner is too wet when you apply the lashes. Let it dry a bit longer before applying the lashes. You can clean the magnet by gently scraping it off with your fingernail.

What if I want to take them off for a while?
To change your lashes pull them off and make sure they do not have any eyeliner left on them after you remove them. Touch up the eyeliner between applications.

You can't swim or shower with the lashes on but the magnetic eyeliner is waterproof and smudge proof.

Are magnets safe near the eye?
They are generally safe. Optometrist Mila Loussifova said that there’s really no cause for concern in using magnets near the eyes. It is even preferable because of the absence of glue, which can contain harmful ingredients. The FDA is also regulating falsies, extensions and the like, so be sure that the magnetic eyelash brand you choose has its seal of approval for quality and safety. ' Iron oxide is totally safe and the only FDA recommended black pigment approved for use in eye cosmetics. Just remember to let customers know that they should NOT wear these in an MRI machine, just like jewelry or any other metal should be removed to avoid injury.
